Small jobs we do ourselves.
Big jobs we manage.

From a sticking shutter to a new heat pump: one person reports, compares, lets the tradesman in and signs off. All you do is approve.

The real problem

The tradesman is not the problem. Getting hold of one is.

There are good tradesmen in Mallorca. But getting an appointment from abroad, organising someone to open up, making sense of the quote and checking the work at the end: that is the part where it falls apart.

So we take on the whole process. Small repairs we do ourselves straight away; the tools are in the van anyway. For everything else we obtain quotes from established partner firms, make the appointments, let the people in and sign off the work.

From damage to solution

Four steps, and you take only one of them.

How it works

  1. Reported. You get a photo and our assessment.
  2. Decided.Your part Up to the agreed limit immediately, above it with your approval.
  3. Done. We open up, the tradesman works, we stay on it.
  4. Signed off. Result checked, photo to you.

We take no commission from tradesmen. The comparison is made for you, not for us.

The agreed limit is the heart of it: you decide once how much we may spend without checking back. Small things are then dealt with before they even reach you, and for anything bigger the decision stays with you.

And because we sign off the work before we consider it done, you end up with a result and a photo, not just an invoice.

More on the approval rule

What is included

What we take on.

  • Small repairs: done by us, with the tools on board.
  • Partner firms: established local firms, with quotes compared.
  • Appointments, access, sign-off: we organise, open up and check the result.
  • Approval rule: immediate up to the agreed limit, above that only once you have said yes.
  • No commission: from any tradesman.

With tradesmen, suppliers and authorities we speak Spanish. With you, English.

Only when the work has been signed off is it done, as far as we are concerned.

Frequently asked questions

Repairs, briefly answered.

What counts as a small repair?

Anything that can be done with the tools from the van in a reasonable amount of time: a sticking door, a dripping tap, a light. We draw the line together; it is written into the quote as an amount.

How does a larger repair work?

You get the report with a photo and our assessment. We obtain quotes from partner firms, you approve. Then we make the appointments, let the tradesmen in and sign off the work, with a photo to you.

Do you get a cut from the tradesmen?

No. We take no commission from tradesmen. The comparison is made solely in your interest.

What happens in an emergency if I cannot be reached?

For properties in our care we are there around the clock in an emergency. Up to the limit agreed with you in advance we act immediately and send the receipt and a photo afterwards.

Does this work without ongoing property care?

It works best as part of ongoing property care, because then we know your house and the keys are in our safe. Anything beyond that we can discuss.

The next step

One look, and you will know.

The site visit is free and without obligation: in person, or by video call if you are abroad at the moment. Afterwards you receive a fixed quote with a monthly price for your property.
