Privacy notice

This website is deliberately lean. It sets no cookies, loads no fonts, maps or videos from third-party servers and uses no analytics or advertising services. That is why there is no cookie banner here. The one exception: your browser notes in its session storage (sessionStorage) whether a pop-up notice has already been shown in this session, so that it does not appear a second time. This entry contains no personal data, is never transmitted to us and is deleted when you close the browser tab.

Visiting this website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and delivered through its network. When you visit the site, access data is processed automatically in server logs: the address requested, time, data volume transferred, browser type and IP address. This data serves solely to keep the website secure and stable and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

Enquiry form

When you fill in the form, the details you enter (name, telephone number or email address, location of the property, subject and your message) are transmitted to us and used to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). To deliver the message to our mailbox we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA) as a processor under Article 28 GDPR; the transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. The details are deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

Contact by email, telephone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by one of these channels, we process your details in order to deal with your request. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited. If you write to us there, their privacy policy applies in addition. This website only contains a link; no data is transmitted to WhatsApp unless you click it.

No third-party services on this site

Fonts are served locally from our own web space. No analytics services, social media plug-ins, advertising networks or external map services are embedded. The reference to Google Maps in the contact section is a plain link.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Simply contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
