We check.
You see it too.
Regular inspection rounds of house, systems and grounds, with photos to your phone. For owners who live abroad and still want to know what is going on at their finca.
Why checking is not a luxury
An empty finca never calls.
A dripping boiler does not ring you. A leaking window does not send a message. And the letterbox quietly keeps filling up, even when nobody has been there for weeks. Most damage to holiday homes starts small. It gets expensive in the time nobody is looking.
Our answer is unspectacular: we come regularly, walk through the whole house and around the grounds, check systems, water and electricity, air the rooms and bring in the post. After a storm we come regardless of the schedule.
One round, every point
What every inspection round covers.
Inspection round · example view
- Water and pipes
- Electricity and systems
- Windows, doors, locksReported with photo
- Airing, once through the whole house
- Garden and outdoor areas
- Post from the letterbox
Round complete. The photo report reached you before we had even left the drive.
An inspection round is routine, and that is exactly where its value lies: the same points, with the same care, on every visit. That is how anything unusual stands out straight away.
When something is damaged, a simple rule applies: up to a limit agreed in advance we act immediately; anything above that waits for your approval, with a quote. For properties in our care we can be reached around the clock in an emergency.
What is included
What property care includes.
- Visual inspection inside and out: house, plant room, grounds.
- Systems, water, electricity: check what needs to run, and switch off what should not.
- Airing and post: the house stays lived-in rather than locked up.
- Storm checks: an extra visit, without you having to call.
- Immediate damage report: with a photo, the same day.
Property care is the foundation everything else builds on: pool, garden, guests and tradesmen all come together with the same point of contact.

Property care, briefly answered.
How often do you visit?
We agree the schedule for each finca together at the site visit; after that it is in the quote: as often as your property needs, and no more. After a storm we come anyway, without you having to ask.
What is checked on an inspection round?
Visual inspection inside and out: systems, water, electricity, windows and doors, plus airing and the post. After storms there is an additional check.
What happens if you find damage?
You get a report with a photo immediately. Small things up to a limit agreed in advance we fix straight away; anything above that waits for your approval, with a quote.
Do I get a report after every visit?
You get reports with photos via WhatsApp when there is something to report: after a storm, when something is damaged, before your guests arrive. We do not flood your phone with photos of unremarkable taps.
Who has access to my keys?
Your keys are kept in an insured key safe, not in a glovebox. On top of that we hold public liability insurance with AXA.
The next step
One look, and you will know.
The site visit is free and without obligation: in person, or by video call if you are abroad at the moment. Afterwards you receive a fixed quote with a monthly price for your property.
