Mallorca is not a climate you can turn your back on.
A pool is chemistry in the blazing sun: evaporation shifts the values, heat speeds everything up, and what looks crystal clear today is cloudy a few hot days later. The garden plays the same game the other way round: without water it gives up on a Mallorcan summer faster than an irrigation system can break down. And irrigation systems like to break down precisely when nobody is looking.
That is why we work to a fixed schedule: clean, measure, top up, check the equipment, water, prune. And if something stands out, you hear about it immediately, not on your next holiday.

We measure with a photometer. Whatever is missing is topped up the same visit.
Whether a pool stays stable comes down to two numbers: pH and sanitiser. If both are right, all is well. If one is not, the chemistry works against you, and eventually it shows.
That is why every pool visit includes a photometer reading, a look into the plant room and the question of whether pump and filter are doing what they should. Small things we fix on the spot. Everything else we report to you with a photo, before it gets expensive.

- Cleaning: surface, floor and pool edge, plus skimmer baskets.
- Water analysis: pH and sanitiser measured with the photometer, topped up and recorded.
- Filter system: backwashing, run times, pump and plant room checked.
- Anything unusual: reported immediately with a photo, before a noise becomes damage.
Rental property with weekly changeovers or private finca that stands empty half the summer: the schedule is tailored to your property and set out in the quote.
Garden services
A garden that looks as if you never left.
- Lawn and pruning: mowing, cutting back, weeding, grounds maintenance.
- Irrigation: installation and maintenance of the system, checking drippers and valves.
- Watering by hand wherever there is no system: courtyard, pots, terrace.
- New planting and landscaping: when a plot is to become a garden.
We install and repair irrigation systems ourselves. Which is why we also notice when one is only behaving roughly as intended.

Pool & garden, briefly answered.
How often is the pool serviced?
In season usually weekly, for rental properties also timed to changeovers. We set the exact schedule after the site visit. It is in the quote, not in the small print. And in winter the pool keeps running, just with reduced circulation: that is precisely when it needs regular checks, so it does not need a deep clean in spring.
Can I book just the garden or just the pool?
Yes, both are available separately. Most owners combine pool and garden with the regular inspection round of the house. Then one trip does three jobs, and there is one contact for everything.
Do I need to buy pool chemicals or supplies?
No. We measure with the photometer, top up what is missing and record what was used. You do not have to store anything, order anything or lug anything to Mallorca in your suitcase.
My irrigation system is old or broken, do you handle that?
Yes. Installing and maintaining irrigation systems is part of what we do: we repair the existing system, extend it or build a new one, and look after it from then on.
Do you also create new gardens?
Yes, we do new planting and landscaping too, from a single bed to a newly laid-out garden. For larger projects involving several trades we can also take on the building and project supervision if you wish.
