Your renovation keeps moving.
Even when you are not there.

Site inspections, coordination of the trades and progress reports with photos you can follow from abroad.

Building from a distance

A building site does not wait for your next flight.

Anyone renovating in Mallorca while living abroad knows the dilemma: weeks pass between two visits, and in weeks a lot happens on a building site. Or, worse, nothing at all.

We are your eyes on site. We check progress, coordinate the trades, speak Spanish with the firms and send you progress photos. One thing we say clearly: we do not do the building ourselves. We manage it, so that the people who do build do what was agreed.

Photo documentation of the works with a phone

Site inspection

You see the progress. Not just the invoice.

Progress · documented

Once it is clad, nobody can see it any more. The photo still can.

On a building site a lot is decided in moments when the owner is not there: a pipe run differently, a material swapped, a deadline quietly slipping. Find out on your next visit and all you can do is react.

Our inspections start earlier. Deviations are reported while they can still be changed, and the trades know that someone comes regularly. That alone changes how the work is done.

What is included

What supervision includes.

  • Site inspections: regular, with an eye on what was agreed.
  • Coordinating the trades: appointments, liaison, queries, in Spanish.
  • Photo documentation: the progress comes to you, not you to the site.
  • Clear boundary: no building work of our own.

The boundary is deliberate: whoever builds ends up checking their own work. We are on your side.

Frequently asked questions

Building & project supervision, briefly answered.

Do you do any building yourselves?

No, and that is deliberate. We inspect and coordinate. Whoever builds would end up signing off their own work, and that is exactly what we do not want.

How do I find out how far my renovation has got?

You receive progress reports with photos, taken during the site inspections. You see what has been done, not just what is being billed.

Do you speak Spanish with the building firms?

Yes. With firms, suppliers and authorities it is Spanish; with you, English. That alone solves more problems on a building site than you would think.

For which projects is this worthwhile?

From a modest conversion to a larger renovation. We will tell you honestly after the free site visit whether it suits your project.

What does project supervision cost?

Building and project supervision is priced like everything with us: per property, as a fixed quote after the free site visit. A flat-rate list would only give a false sense of precision; no two projects are alike.

The next step

One look, and you will know.

The site visit is free and without obligation: in person, or by video call if you are abroad at the moment. Afterwards you receive a fixed quote with a monthly price for your property.
